Cookie policy
Last updated 31 October 2026
Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser, so it can remember things. This page explains what we use them for.
You can change your choice at any time: .
Cookies we always use
The site needs these to work, so we don’t ask first. They don’t track you.
- Remembering your cookie choice, for 6 months
- Keeping clients signed in to their private pages, for 30 days
- Saving answers on your device while you fill in a client question form, until you send them
Cookies we only use if you accept
These help us see what’s working on our site and what needs improving. We use two tools:
- Google Analytics counts visitors and shows us which pages are popular. Its cookies last up to 2 years.
- Microsoft Clarity shows us where people click and scroll, and records how they move around each page, so we can spot anything confusing. Anything sensitive, such as what you type into a form, is hidden. Its cookies last up to 1 year. Microsoft may also use them to recognise your browser on other websites.
We never use these tools on private client pages.
Google and Microsoft explain more in Google’s cookie policy and the Microsoft privacy statement.
Checking our page speed
We also use a Cloudflare tool to check how quickly our pages load. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t follow you around the web.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. If you reject cookies after accepting them, we’ll remove the ones on our site. Microsoft’s own cookies can only be removed in your browser’s settings.
For more about how we use your information, see our privacy policy.
